It’s a love story:
The damsel a ray of shining sun;
the pauper a piece of rainy sky.
One might think they hardly match,
but look closer and you’ll see the fact:
she is a smouldering temptress who scorches men’s hearts,
he is the calming drizzle who tamed her heart.
He weeps whenever the sun escapes,
wishing she will return to his way.
Little did he know she’s a blushing star,
concealing behind his unknowing charm.
And on this lovely Christmas eve,
the sun, the rain they duly meet.
Sunshine and rainfall - perfectly sweet.
